A MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH

My son prepared me a hefty breakfast for Mother's Day! He used a baguette from Tom Cat and warmed it up in the oven for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F.  Meanwhile he sliced some scallions and made scrambled eggs.  Some pieces of smoked salmon (Gaspe Nova and Danish smoked salmon from Russ & Daughters) and half a cinnamon roll from Doughnut Plant.  He served it with flowers from brothers and Dad.

Simply elegant and simple to make.  Served with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, newspaper on the side, and homemade green tea with matcha.  Way to go!
